Event Description:

The North Essex Business Resource Breakfast is a structured networking event providing each attendee the opportunity to present a brief commercial about their business and interact with members and guests. Each breakfast features a business leader speaking on a topic of interest. Attendees have the opportunity to openly network with one another in a casual and friendly atmosphere.
 

This month's presentation will be:
Exterior Home Maintenance for New Home Owners
presented by Aleks Krylov, owner Stern Gutters

Recently sold homes are under-maintained because of demand/supply imbalance. Quick visual inspections and fixes can solve 80% of problems.  Examples of small investments in property that pay huge dividends down the road will be provided.
