Event Description:

The North Essex Business Resource Breakfast is a structured networking event providing each attendee the opportunity to present a brief commercial about their business and interact with members and guests. Each breakfast features a business leader speaking on a topic of interest. Attendees receive contact information for all other attendees and the opportunity to openly network with one another in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

The State of the NJ Commercial Real Estate Market

Jeannette Melillo, Senior Associate from Newmark Associates will discuss the commercial real estate market and how she helps clients secure property that meets their specific needs. She has expertise in negotiating favorable terms to ensure the best possible deal and in renegotiating existing leases to optimize conditions and provide valuable market insights to guide investment decisions.
