- We mail 3 unique magazines 6 times a year.
- Mailings are in January: New Years, March: Spring, May: Start of Summer (out just before Memorial Day weekend), July: Mid-Summer (out a little after July 4th), September: Fall (out just after labor Day) and November: Holiday (out the week before Thanksgiving).
- Each magazine mails to a particular “zone” of about 30,000 homes for a total of just under 100,000 households and just about 300,000 consumer aged adults.

- We target mailings based on several factors, the most important being geography and financial status. We use median home value and average income figures to determine consumers that fall into the correct range for spending. We also mail to homeowners not renters in order to target consumers that are actually motivated for home improvement and are the decision makers in the home.
- We also distribute digital copies of the magazine via email to approx. 10,000 businesses in those areas and approx. 5,000 consumers (all subscribed or opted in). So between hard copies and digital, we distribute about 45,000 publications per County zone, plus posted copies on our website and social media.
- The price is the price. There are no hidden taxes or fees after the fact.
- We include Ad design in the price including as many edits as needed to get the design that you want.
- We also include custom QR code creation that is trackable. We can see when and where the code was scanned.
